Description

This is a low maintenance “lawn-alternative”. It is a non-native blend of cool season grasses containing a variety of fescues. Requires little water and fertilizer, very shade tolerant. Mow only 1-2 times per year!  Best seeded early spring or late summer and early fall.  ( 6 – 8 lbs covers 1000sqft ) (3.5 lbs/1000sqft if over-seeding existing turf)
