This is a low maintenance “lawn-alternative”. It is a non-native blend of  of cool season grasses containing a variety of fescues. This lawn mixture tolerates dry soil and some shade. Mow only 1-2 times per year!  Best seeded early spring or late summer and early fall. $5.00 per lb ( 6 – 8 lbs covers 1000sqft )
