In each of our shipped plant orders we send out a postage-paid comment card. Below are some of the responses we’ve received from 2013 – 2021. (Note: We don’t have a formal feedback process for customers who purchase plants at our greenhouse or those who order plants for pick-up.)

Dear Ms. Finzel, The May Apples that you shipped with a prayer at the end of May arrived in excellent condition, thanks to your care in wrapping. In gratitude, I'm enclosing the wrappings for use again. My husband and I speculated as to whether they were disposable booties or hair coverings for food-service workers, but whatever their provenance, how remarkably-well suited they are for plant protection. We planted the May Apples immediately and watered them regularly until they appeared to go dormant in early July. We are attempting to re-establish a colony within our deer fence because "Bambi and company" have wiped out all the colonies of native plants in our woods. Thanks again for your excellent service.
