Flowers: The flower heads are made up of many tiny tube-like flowers with single lobed upper lips and 3 lobed lower lips. They have 4 stamens and lilac anthers and a single long white style per flower.
Leaves: The opposite leaves are long and slender (linear).

 

Suggested Uses:

This plant is very useful in attracting butterflies, birds and pollinating and other beneficial insects! Leaves are minty fragrant when crushed!
