Flowers: The bell-shaped flowers are about 1/4" long. They bloom in clusters that circle the square stem where the leaves meet the stem.
Leaves: The opposite leaves are 2" long, ovate to lance shaped, and smell strongly of mint.

 

Suggested Uses:

This plant works well in large restoration projects. It is a good plant to put up against aggressive non-natives and competes well with other more aggressive natives.
